You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Some items are non-refundable, please see the attached list of these items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered and in the same condition that you received it and accompanied with all accessories it came with and must not have been used for anything other than potable water.
Your item needs to have the receipt/invoice to show proof of purchase.
Any returned item is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Some returns may be eligible for customer credit or exchange only.
All sale items are considered Final Sale.
Shipping/Delivery costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping/delivery costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know if your return is approved.
If your return is approved, we will refund your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card your refund will be issued based on your card issuer’s policy, normally within 7 to 14 business days.
Service fees are non-refundable.
Items in which we preformed a service on are non-refundable, no exceptions. Please see the attached list of items which are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Custom Orders.
- Altered Merchandise.
- Sale items (these are considered Final Sales).
- Delivery / Shipping Charges.
- Service Fees.
- Any item without a Receipt / Invoice.
- Items without a Signed Inspection Waiver.
- Items over 30 days from date of purchase.
- Items not presented at time of refund request.
- Tanks and or Barrels that contained anything other than potable water.
